About

EIG is a Tulsa-based, minority-owned home builder. We offer years of experience building luxury custom homes with thoughtful layouts, refined finishes, and details tailored to each client’s vision.

Founded by LaShan and Terrell Ellison, EIG brings together Terrell’s background in engineering and project management with LaShan’s eye for detail as an interior designer and years of experience as a real estate agent. Their complementary experience and client-first service approach inform every project, guiding clients through a personal, collaborative process from early planning through construction.

EIG considers how a home meets its site, how each space will be lived in, and how design choices come together to create a home that feels unmistakably theirs.
